Senior Sustainability Engineer
Location: Flexible/Hybrid
Position Type: Full-Time

GreenEdge Consulting is a leader in sustainability consulting, specializing in green building certifications, ESG transformations, and sustainable design strategies. We collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create innovative and sustainable solutions for the built environment. Join us as we empower organizations to lead in sustainability.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage LEED certification processes for new and existing projects.
- Conduct sustainability assessments and develop strategies to achieve certifications, including LEED, WELL, and Mostadam.
- Oversee the preparation, submission, and management of certification documentation.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to integrate sustainable design principles across project phases.
- Provide technical training to project teams on sustainability best practices and innovations.
- Track and report project progress, ensuring compliance with certification requirements and sustainability goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, mechanical, or environmental engineering (or related field).
- LEED AP (Building Design + Construction) certification with 3+ years of experience in sustainable design and certification processes.
- Proven experience with Mostadam certification and other sustainability rating systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in sustainability tools such as energy modeling software, life cycle assessment, and daylighting simulation.
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience in WELL Building Standard and knowledge of health and wellness design integration.
Attendance Policy:
This role offers hybrid attendance, with the flexibility to work remotely combined with in-person team collaboration when necessary.
